The measurements listed on our website are approximate, however we always aim for close accuracy and are confident they reflect the item described.

Because we work with natural crystals and spiritual items, every piece is beautifully unique. Natural stones may show inclusions, colour variations, textures, or small surface features. These are part of the natural beauty and character of the piece and are not considered faults.

Change of Mind

Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We kindly ask that you choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. We are always happy to help guide you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to truly love what arrives at your door. If something is not right, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.

We are happy to help with genuine issues such as:

  • your item arriving damaged
  • receiving the incorrect item
  • a significant discrepancy between the item received and its description

  • clear photos of the item and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email, we will review everything promptly and work with you toward a fair outcome. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions via email.

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
